Among Libtards!!
It is something the pacers have been doing now for many seasons....usually during crunch time or when they want the crowd to get into the game. You know how most teams play the theme to the song "we will rock you" to get the crowd fired up...well the pacers do something that is very unique and very in tune with their city considering they host the biggest spectacle in racing every May. Indianapolis is a class act when it comes to hosting any sporting event...if you are a college BB fan and ever get a chance to go to the final four, go when it is in Indy. Hope that answers it for you.

its the Pacers revving it up and pulling away. Very annoying to the other team. Almost downright discouraging.

Varoooom!

Varoooom!

First time i heard those engines years ago I thought it was most bush thing i ever witnessed ... Now, however, my main thoughts are "this is what the NBA is, a circus, sideshow events, etc."

In my youth i watched Cabin Creek and Big O, The Pistol and Clyde (and woulda be embarrassed for them to be subjected to this type of superfluous garbage)... And I just couldnt imagine Norm Van Lier readying for a FT and those engines starting to roar, he woulda walked over to press row with a folding chair and taken out anyone who dared push that VAROOM button ...

:nono:

take care,
