What % of your bankroll is 1 UNIT?

good question.

mine varies, and that's why I suck. I try to stay to about 3% but I don't play with much, so sometimes it's a lot higher... But with that said, if I lose, it's not a huge dollar amount, it's just a large percentage.

I am a small bettor. ~$20 = 1 unit for me. I don't really base it off of a % of my salary. I guess I do it for the added excitement to the games. I don't expect to rake in a profit from my wagers, I'm just having fun and any profit at the end of the season are an added bonus.

my amount of a unit varies on a week-to-week basis....turn of the week, what i have in the bankroll is the new percentage that i use...mostly a 3% play for me for a unit....2 units 6% and so on...
