When the trade went down, I had the audacity to mention that the mixing of such personalities might not be successful and was subject to much ridicule. Pure talent does not equal success.
Denver will be just fine. AI has an injured ankle and he will be sitting out for a few days. The 2 superstars are just starting to gel and within 2 weeks you guys will be betting on them again and winning some money. They know they are a playoff team and aren't done wheeling and dealing. Nene is getting stronger as the season is going and Camby is Camby. Denver can and will be better than Dallas come playoff time and lose to Phoenix in the finals.

My comments weren't based off betting money on them. I stay away from them in general, they're a tough team to read. Maybe by next season they MAY be able to put something together. Sure, they have a ton of talent but I don't see the personalities/chemistry coming together to do anything of note. I predicted the Jazz taking the division at the beginning of the season and am sticking with that. I think teams are a lot more afraid to play the Jazz than they would be the Nuggets.

Cmon Raymond AI is doing everything they ask him to. This Anthony is way to overratted to me. He can't jump, is the most selfish player i ever saw and doesn't play one lick of defense. All he is is a scorer plain and simple. The rest of the team is terrible except Camby but Camby thinks he is a point guard a lot of the time. Taking jump shots from the top of the key. What kind of coaching is this? They are so soft in the middle and actually watch the ball all the time when a guy shoots it instead of getting the rebound. They need Martin badly but it looks like he is out for the year.
Bud im a big AI fan and this team stinks. No game in the middle and 12 guys who don't play a lick of defense. I think so far it looks like AI is their best defender and that is horrifying to say. Shame AI didn't end up with Garnett. This is a no win situation with this overrated Anthony. In another couple of years when his two inch vertical leap is and down to an inch he will be Derick Coleman all over again.
