A great ending after a horrible start last nite, going 6-0 after two big losses. Still a plus nite though, and there was no way to know HASEK would sit after MILLER got injured. Oh well....

ISLES shoudl take care of business at home. PITT has put together a few wins, but ISLE jsut too tough at home.

CAPS are worth a shot at 3-1. FLYERS have some injury problems and are starting thre rookie centers, yet are -425???? I see a high scoring game here and if it goes to OT, anything can happen.

CAROLINA is playing way over thier heads, but they have beaten some of the best teams in the NHL during this run and never get down on themselves despite a two goal deficit in the 3rd. I love a team at home that plays with heart....

BOST has injury issues also and with FLA being one of the lowest scoring teams in the NHL, BOST has to be thinking small ball. Play great defeinse and keep the game close.

OTT is playing lights out, but they beat up on an umprepared backup goalie last night and a team that took a kick in the gut during warmups when MILLER went down. I think the LIGHTNING give them a great game to let them know thay are STILL the DEFENDING CHAMPS. TBAY is very well rested as well, while OTT played last nite.

DET is the NHL's highest scoring team and are using their former starter, Chris Osgood in net tonite with LEGACE still out. EDM can't hang wth DET in my opinion, but if they do, it will be by outscoring them.

DEVILS hopefully get BRODEUR back tonite, but if not, they should still take care of business on home ice in this rivalry game. NJ can't afford to drop to .500 while at home... look for a better defensive effort from the DEVILS.

I'm adding this because I think the DUCKS are playing with a ton of confidence with GIGGY back and they will give the AVES a really tough game. I'm passing on COL/CALG and will only play the KINGS game once I confirm goalies. IF LA starts LaBarbera, then I'm going Under.... if the start GARON, I'm on the COYOTES. Just a heads up in case I dont' get back.

Played the KINGS game Under for a double but didnt' have time to post, so I basically lost a little juice on the night. TRIPLE PLAYS went 2-0 which is a good sign, just wish I had done a little better.
