I rarely watch the news, but I happened to flip by koo-koo olberman doing his usual anti-bush rant, but he was also ranting about the Democrats and I guess some sort of vote on the war that he disagreed with. What was he talking about? he really wasn't happy with anybody on his show.

I think they approved some war-funding bill that didn't have a timeline in it. I've been really busy recently, though, so details are hazy. Just reading the headlines and move on.

He is calling a spade a spade. What the democrats did was dispicable after the people voted them in office for one thing. Olberman Ko Ko yet Michael Savage is a favorite of yours? I know the kinda truth he spreads doesn't go to well in your world Six but what he say's is the closest thing to the truth than any of that neocon radio filtered all over your neighborhood. Knowing them like i do they will probably start quoting him now since they like what he has said. I think its called cherry picking.

I very much think that when this continues to play out, Edwards will use this as a galvanizing issue to move to the top of the democratic heap - he is out in front of this, and the only candidate (Feingold is not a candidate but is the true issue leader for dems on this) coming out to withhold the funding as the only card to play against Bush in his blank check war position.

I think many Americans will line up behind him - or others - who take on this position. I am very close to doing just that, but will wait and see how it plays out.

Just like immigration will play a big part on the republican side, with stalwarts like Gingrich grabbing the issue and running with it. Things could really change during this political season, with these two issues.

imo eventhough edwards may get the democratic nomination (i doubt it), the only democrat who may be able to win the general election is hilliary (because of bill).....but her negatives are too high.

on the repubilcan side i think there are 3 people who can win the general election....mccain, rudy, & thompson (don't discount the exposure he is getting on law & order). imo gingrich is like hilliary.....he has too many negatives.

smurphy save your money because i like the republican chances more & more...you'll be taking mom & pop out to dinner....:00hour

I don't know who voted for what but if this is true im with Edwards now. It is now time for Pelosi and Reed to hit the road. Because they have no idea on how to explain themselves they have to vote this way. They voted this way to hope this fiasco moves people in the next election and now they are playing with the troops. Stand up and give your message and quit playing these games. This is the republicans game and they have no clue on how to play it. What a bunch of Pussies. Chad i hope your right and this catapults Edwards into the front. Im kinda curious. What did Biden do? I can't believe he would actually vote for this.

A Republican will NOT win. Guliani is the only decent one of the bunch, but the GOP doesn't even like him.

I don't remember posting Savage was a favorite of mine? He is entertaining, and I love his intro music, but I certainly don't believe all of his views.

I was forced to listen to his garbage during my last college summer job back in 2002 as my boss was a huge fan. I have to agree... his one endearing quality was the intro music.

It's early yet but I think Rudy and McCain are has beens as far as this election goes. The only Republican talking sense Roomny. On the Dem side I sure hope it isn't Obama or Hillary but it might be both.

"Talking sense" has never been a prerequisite for winning the Oval Office.

I don't even remember the bet. ...Sure, dessert in the desert is included. But I'm telling ya, Republican will not win. You have until July 4th to back out of this bet that I don't remember.:SIB

the bet is dinner for 2 (you can bring a guest) at a restaurant after the election the next time we are in the same city at the same time...which will probably be vegas....

if you don't remember it then you should do a search. not only will i not back out but i'm willing to throw an appetizer or soup into the bet...if you're willing...lol

dude - add whatever you want because i'm not losing. i'm surprised you feel so confident, given the reality that you don't have a chance to win.
