Then will throw on a hot and lubricated skillet to make shrimp burgers. We have such a bounty of affordable local shrimp in this area that I am regularly inventing new ways to enjoy them.

The melindas sauce is wildly hot. I also tried a ghost pepper salsa that was painful unless used sparingly.

you cook these like you'd cook crab cakes? Brown them in a buttered skillet? They sound great.
I've only had in hot sauce and salsa mentioned above. Around here you're limited mostly to jalepeno, scotch bonnet, Serrano and Thai chiles.
