For breakfast, I'm about to make shrimp patties amd wheat toast...... I'm gonna blend some shrimp with salt, pepper, 1 roasted jalape?o ( seeded) and a few drops of Melinda's ghost pepper hot sauce. Then will throw on a hot and lubricated skillet to make shrimp burgers. We have such a bounty of affordable local shrimp in this area that I am regularly inventing new ways to enjoy them.

BUT the come back on the your mom was simply childish and YOUR Mom post also childish.

start acting like widdle kids in the school yard and it will grow like cancer and ruin this forum

I think mods better start getting blocking software for any such words that can cause some people to go off and act on impulse without thinking.

It happens i know but you have time online to NOT post it!

Before you hit submit button read it as if you were outside looking in How would you feel ?

Now go shake hands kiss and make up or hug each other we have enough hatred in the world today !

The ghost pepper version is not yet in distribution, so only available at food shows and such at the moment. I experiment with it on a daily basis. The good thing about Melinda's is the vegetable base does not affect flavor like vinegar based sauces. Next time I am going to add a few drops of Tabasco or another vinegar based hot sauce as well, since the dish lacked a bit of acidity IMO

I had Tostitos chips and salsa. Then some Jello with whipped cr?me. Then more Tostitos and salsa. Throw some Gatorade in there. Probably have hot wings for supper with Franks Red Hot sauce.

you cook these like you'd cook crab cakes? Brown them in a buttered skillet? They sound great.

I've only had in hot sauce and salsa mentioned above. Around here you're limited mostly to jalepeno, scotch bonnet, Serrano and Thai chiles.

When I'm back in Chicago I'll pick you up some of this sauce, has just a little bit of ghost in it, but it is the perfect amount of heat in my opinion for you to keep eating without having to break. I think you'll like it:
