cranberry sauce
rice/gravy
french baguettes

and for dessert

my almost world famous


'white chocolate bread pudding'

and YEAH, I'm doing ALL the cookin!!!!

wife is making the dinner for 8 people & i think this is what's on the menu...

16lb turkey & of course gravy
2 types of stuffing...the normal kind & 1 with sausage
sweet potatoe pie
mashed potatoes
some kind of corn pudding (friend is bringing)
green beans with mushrooms
cranberry sauce
guests are bringing the dessert..so don't know what it is...

Wife's 2nd favorite holiday so we go all out.
Appetizers- fresh lump crab dip w/ garlic saltines
sauteed green and black olives w/ garlic

Roast turkey (stuffed w/ sage, citrus, onions)
Fried turkey w/ southwest rub and marinade
Squash dressing
Mashed potatoes w/ gravy made from turkey drippings
Sweet potato casserole
Green bean bundles wrapped in crispy bacon
homemade cranberry sauce
homemade yeast rolls

Dessert
Punkin pie :nono:
apple pie
punkin log roll :nono:
some kind of cranberry sauce w/ jello and crushed pineapple w/ whipped cream topping (veddy good)

Probably the best Thanksgiving meal I've ever had.
