Just bought a dozen soft shell crabs. Adding sauteed crabs to my menu

Gonna go this route. Dust with flour and cayenne, then saute with a touch of minced garlic in butter and evoo. Finish with a pinch of coarse salt.

Wow. These are outstanding. I deglazed the pan with coconut water and poured them pan sauce over the top.

Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
