Vodka based with lemon rind and bakers sugar

Being stationed in the South I have sampled some Moonshine the best was the Apple Pie 'Shine. Good stuff but will mess you up good

when we were on our honeymoon in Belize - the guy that owned the house we rented insisted on pouring me a glass of cognac ($3500/bottleor something like that, Louis Quatorze maybe??). I told him not to waste it on me - but he wouldn't take no for an answer.
It was good stuff - smooth, but I am sure someone else would've appreciated it more than I did.

Never had a lot of fine alcohols. More of a beer man. I do love me some Johnnie Walker Gold Label though. I think it is much better than the Blue Label. I have a great friend who loves the stuff. I don't know how many disc golf rounds we ended sharing a few pulls of that stuff. Not enough O's in smooooooth to describe how that goes down on ice.
Wow, I don't think I have ever had the gold label. If it's that good at half the price of Blue count me in!
I don't regularly drink JW Blue, someone bought be a bottle once, and I did NOT mix it with cranberry juice.
Yeah, I just like the flavor more. On ice, it is perfectly smooth. I am sure I am in the minority in preferring it to Blue though.
