whats the deal with Prior

Prior is making his first start back from the DL, I dont understand why everyone is jumping on him today. I know the Nationals are not that great but they can put up some runs. I think the game can go either way, I guess I am not seeing the logic as to why everyone is feeling confident about the cubs.
