WHATS UP WITH CSU/UTAH-PLEASE READ!!

The line is Utah -17. CSU is 0-9 on the road and Utah already beat CSU by 23 on their own court. Why is the line only -17. Please give me some input.

I think the line is too high. I think Utah wins by 7. Not playing it though.

I think its a little high too. Im staying away from the game. Utah has only once been a favorite over 15 pts and they did not cover that game.
