I would think $100 would not include a bottle of wine at a steak house. I have an office in Toronto I visit frequently. I don't care what anyone says, Cubans aged correctly are distinguishable cigars. I agree, $100 is like a $50 in today's market.
I was in Toronto a couple years ago and ate at a restraunt called "ONE" . Have you been? We really enjoyed it. I remember it was in the summer so we ate outdoors on the patio.
