For the record I do not wish a big hurricane on anyone or anywhere. Having said that, where are all these canes we heard were going to become a fixture in 05 because of global warming:shrug:

They cannot predict the amount of hurricanes that are going to occur this year or any year. That is a joke. If they do not occur they will come up with some lame excuse why they did not happen. If they happen they happen. Hopefully not!

The Hurricanes I believe are now playing at Dolphin Stadium since the Orange Bowl was demolished (or soon to be). Finally.

I hope to see no hurricanes nor Hurricanes this year. Geaux Tigers!!

I can understand not wanting to even hear the word if you live around the coast, but lack of Tropical Storms and Hurricanes helps lead to record droughts in other areas.

We've already had an extremely busy tropical season. 4 named storms by July 20 is pretty rare. I don't think you can attribute it to global warming though. I mean 1933 had the most storms with 21 while 2005 had the most named storms. Certainly wasn't as much man made CO2 in the air then. I just cant find myself buying in to global warming.
