Nothing wrong with more reps Nole, especially as you get older, shit aren't you like in your forties. Even I don't lift heavy anymore at age 37. I don't go higher than 225 on anything, bench or squat or deadlift. Rep it out, superset, and keep moving it is better for you. All that heavy weight over the years plays a bad role on your joints, I know my shoulders ache now...oh and start some cardio Ponch might help your bowling game.

I hope Matt has a chance to read this. We were thinking about possibly maybe doing 300 lb squats in 3 supersets. Then moving over to the bench-press and bustin' out a couple of 300-325 lb sets.

This could hamper his golf game as well as mine so we better hold off.

It's information like this that makes Madjack's what it is today!
