Which defense to start?

i have Seattle defense but can pick up Clevelands or New Orleans defense

What would you do?

I would stick with Seattle. They are playing a poor offense. Just hope for the best. If you pick up Cleveland, you're in the same situation. I'm not sold on New Orleans.
