would any of you suggest to see Babel or Blood Diamond----taking the wife to a movie so i can have the house to myself tomorrow and watch FB and hoops

my wife got me to go to the Happyness movie with Will Smith.\
Even though I liked the premise of the story, the movie put me to sleep in 15 minutes.

for some reason i have been putting it off seeing it.....so based on your recommendation i think i'll go see it.

I have seen Blood Diamond and Babel. Blood Diamond was a really good well made movie. Babel although intruiging was much too slow for my taste and not near the movie of Blood Diamond. But my wife liked it. Rotten tomatoes is a good site to check out movies.

just finished watching both...Blood Diamonds held my attn much longer, Babel just wasn't exciting enough..

I have different tastes. Most people liked the Prestige over the Illusionist ,not I :nono:
I also enjoyed The Last King Of Scotland and Little Children :scared, the Movie.
Hannibal Rising was a letdown.

no havn't seen babel yet..will wait until it comes to cable...saw the illusionist & enjoyed that...will also wait until the prestige shows up on cable.
after seeing both i would have to give the nod to Blood Diamond-----looking forward to seeing The Departed
