Royals are starting to get the feel of the 2001 Twinkies with there ability to exploit every White Sox weakness and last night was no different. Their smacking of the White Sox closer in back-to-back outings makes him unplayable and Garland has failed to impress in his outings. Too many questions to be a favorite.

Bobby sox will pull this out in a close one. Remember two things. Sox faced this guy first game of the season. Also they have all seen him a few times and with 3 starts should be some decent scouting reports on approach... Like the over also

I think I'm with you on this one Bobby. KC has the edge in starting pitching and relief here. The Royals should all be over the flu by now. They may have a little more venom in their blood after last night's fiasco.

Garland's comments re: his performances and how he doesn't think he's playing that badly really piss me off and maybe is clouding my judgement on this game. But I think it's a toss-up and if anybody should be favored, it's not the Sox.

Valuist, Did you hear Hawk question whether or not the Royals were reading Koch's signs? I love "homers" for my teams announcers.

Also, did anyone notice how the guy that ran on the field looked a lot worse in the police car then when he was carted off the field. Hope that Chicago's finest took some liberties.

I thought the exact same thing about the guy looking worse in the police car than when he left the field. I must've watched the reply a dozen times tring to see when he would've taken a good enough shot to warrant that much blood over his right eye. I hope they did rough up that little f^ck.
