Crede got robbed of a homer and I got robbed on my over last night. God Bless Gordon for letting the O's get me a push.

I'll bite on the short line. First time that I've seen great value in the Sox all season. Minnesota is on deck and focus could be an issue as well as seeing a lower quality in relief pitching, but I think getting shelled last night might quell that a bit.

Stewart got his first win last outing and has to be encouraged that he has moved ahead of Garland and may continue on as the fifth starter when Danny Wright comes back. O's are hitting over .300 against lefties this season, but hit .239 in 2002. Can't believe that the Sox don't have the edge in starting pitchers this year as the Orioles are putting out Lopez.

Lopez had a great year last year, but you don't start rookie years when your 28 unless something's wrong. His 7.66 ERA and one quality start in 4 tries is a regression back to his mean, not a blip.

Getting down now at -108 and may buy back if Manuel is resting anybody significant for the Minnesota series.

Stewart -108 2 units

diagree, i'm takin' lopez...he won me a lot of money last year

and I think he can do well against Chicago at home. Chicago

hasn't been putting many runs on the board, and I would rather

take my chances with Rodrigo then Stewart. Just my opinion.

I knew you'd like Stewart today, GCS. I like his attitude, but not sold on him as the long-term solution (long-term meaning August, September and October ;) 2003)

Have you ever seen a subway series so plausible 20 games into the season? Maybe '84 had a better chance, but usually by now, either the Cubs or Sox are 6 games back of someone.
