Garland's has been my favorite pitcher on the Sox for a couple of years because he never seems scared against the good teams. He's pitched against the Yankees well, but ARod has had alot of success against him. He will benefit most by having Manuel gone, because they never clicked.

The Sox bats will be facing another righty who they have little experience with.

This game should be a low scoring game and in those games a +200 dog should always get a look. Marte should be coming out of the pen and that is a concern to both the under and the Sox, but he should have a short leash if he does falter.

Garland +200
Under 10 (+105)

Last year the Sox faced Contreras and he went 8 innings giving up 4 hits no runs and had 9 strikeouts. His daytime ERA is 0.86. I could not take the Sox today even though that +200 is awefully tempting.

This is a game where if you bet the White Sox...do NOT get overly excited if they are up 2 runs in the 7th. This has the makings of Garland pitching solid until the 7th, and then Takatsu, Koch or Marte blowing it.

Live dog for the price, IMO.
