Excerpt from the Daily Southtown (but they just stole it from IE)

Opponents are sitting on Esteban Loaiza's cutter because his fastball has lost some velocity, the Arlington Heights Daily Herald reported May 10. Loaiza has allowed 17 runs (13 earned) in his last three starts (19 2/3 innings). "I need to concentrate on getting stronger and putting more on the ball," Loaiza, whose fastball isn't topping 88 mph, told the newspaper. "I need to come over the top more. I'm going to start working on my velocity and go from there."

Work on his velocity? Uh-oh

Pretty steep price to back the Sox today against a righty when the Twins bats are just more consistent then then their White Sox counterparts

Not exactly the way I planned it. Thought your bet was golden.

From what I could understand from Ozzie's press conference, he's worried about the offense. I'm expecting him to have alot of bunts on tomorrow. If he has a problem, it's the fact that he thinks that their power hitters should be able to get runners over with a bunt that they've shown no desire to learn. That strategy keeps their offense in check more than any pitcher they'll face this year.

Good call Bobby-

With CLee, Valentin, Ordonez, Konerko, and Crede struggling (and with doofus Ozzie not putting .350 hitter Uribe in the lineup) this team isn't going to win many games.

They can pitch, and their defense is highly underrated. But they screw up on the small things (Like 50 year veteran Sandy Alomar unable to get a bunt down in the 9th inning of Friday's game) and are a team of power hitters, who slump a lot. Hitting is contagious, and that is the absolute truth.

Until this team shows they can put up back to back 5 or 6 run games, either bet against them or don't bet them at all.
