Wood has lost 5 straight starts against the Sox going 0-3 in that stretch and compiling an ERA over 7. The wierd thing about those numbers is that Sox bats are only hitting .188 against him over that stretch and of the present Sox in the lineup, only Konerko (who won't play) and Lee are hitting him well.
I am going against Loaiza today, but there won't be any stats to back it up as there just aren't any there. Just a feeling of hearing him talk about kudos from the Twins, accolades from his teammates and the media putting him up as the ace. He planned to have a good season, but he wasn't planning on having all this on his shoulders
Want Wood at -1.5 (+170) but all of my outs listed the Cubs at +1.5. So the play for me is going to be
