Can someone explain this crazy line? The Royals bats are colder than a Siberian winter and the whole team is choking both at the plate and in the field. Shields looked awesome recently (he's excellent on the road), but the Royals are just 2-6 SU his last 8 home starts. They now face their longtime nemesis Danks who is 6-0 in his career vs. the Royals, but yet you can grab him at +210 or better odds? What am I missing?

Big Game James. Royals also own the White Sox with an 8-4 record against them this year. I agree that the line is too high to back the Royals, but no way would I feel comfortable putting money on Danks. This game is an easy pass for me.
Danks has 14 career starts against KC without a loss. Crowd should be very weak with the weather being lousy and Shields just doesn't pitch as well at home. Could see a 3-2 type of game either way, but the value isn't with KC, that is for sure.

Is there a database for R/L W/L by $200+ favs anywhere? Sure seems like it happens a lot. I love the A's R/L 2night but it seems every time I play a R/L I lose:scared I almost rather take the +1.5.
