Who is playing on artificial or 'real turf ???

I can't seem to find this BASIC info in my sheets,but can you guys please help me..
Can you tell me, with so many teams switching from artificial to 'real grass' Which teams are playing on the real grass this year??
Every year teams are 'changing their stadiums'and their surface with it .
