I was in a tattoo shop on south beach around 12:30a with my buddy who was getting his tattoo touched up when the door opened and the spotlight switched on. Anna walked in and right up to the tattoo artist standing one and a half feet from me. She lifted her shirt and asked about getting more work done on her tramp stamp.
