It seems like the Jays & Rays always go over when they meet. I don't have any numbers to back this up, but I remember a couple recent meetings between these two teams going over as early as the 4th inning.
Hi RTL. I was just doing a little review of their recent meetings. Actually, for all of last season their ov/un was 7-11 to the under if we take today's line of 10?. The last two series of last season went 1-5 to the under. Looking at the actual lines for those games, the over was 10-8 and the under was 4-2 in the last two series.
That being said, Chacin has had a dubious spring, and is being watched and they are attempting to speed up his work from the mound. And the Jays have some serious hitters in that lineup. Broadcasters talk about Matsui hitting 6th for the Yankees to show the power of that lineup. Well, the Jays have Rios hitting 6th in theirs.
