I don't know what happened the past 2 days and especiially yesterday but the dogs friggin' rolled over and died!

Yesterday I had the Astros, Braves, Reds, Pirates, Padres, Royals and only the Reds came through as I got my asss handed to me.

The dogs are due to bark today but the juice is monstrous today and I can't find a doggy worth pulling the trigger on.

Any recommendations?

You're right but I honestly can't see 3 of the 9 bigger dogs winning.

the M's/A's game is pretty much a pick'em.

All the big favs (except Florida) are at home with much better pitchers going as well as being the much superior team. I guess the juice is actually justified today.

I think I am going to to a combination of parlays to minimize laying juice today.

Good Luck and may the doggie play dead for another day...

The object is to pick winners and make $$$$. Why are you so hung up on dogs? They're are a dog for a reason....

Of course, it's nice to catch a hefty price when the dogs bark, but loosen up your thinking and bet on the winning team. You only pay juice when you lose.

For the rest of this season, we will probably see alot of games just like today. The marginal teams and teams that are not in a pennant race will take a look at prospects for next year, while teams in the race will try to win every game. The prices are going to be crazy.

Thank God it's football soon....

Not hung up on dogs but the first thing I do when I scan the lines is look for live dogs. I try to play games based purely on value and I almost never play a game than -200 unless I parlay it. I do plenty of combo parlays with big favs. I just wanted to see if anymore thought the huge dogs yesterday had a chance. I thought the Giants and Twins were the only real live dogs with a solid chance yesterday and both came though. This is what I played yesterday.

Indians/Royals under 7.5 ... $50 L
Giants (+180) ... $100 W
Twins (+150) ... $100 W
Athletics (-110) ... $100 W
Cubs/Indians Parlay $125/$100 W
Mets/Dodgers Parlay $100/$125 W
Indians/D'Backs Parlay $125/$105 W
Phillies/D'Backs Parlay $125/$100 L
Cubs/Dodgers/Phillies/Mets/D'Backs/Indians $50/$345 ... L

My damn Phillies ruined a great day ... still up $530 for the day but had the Phillies won, I'd have been +$1105 which would have been really SWEET!
