who the hell was working the clock?

what the hell was that..everytime the refs blew the whistle the clock continued to run..even on incomplete passes and changes of posession..what kind of clock rules were they playing with?soccer?????? it looked like a continuous clock?? i had the over and was never given a chance to win!! how the hell can you bet a game when they change the rules in the middle of the game?

I had the over as well - and noticed the same thing.....the clock never seemed to stop, and even when players went out of bounds they would let it keep running.

Crazy stuff - don't know if it cost us the wager but still seemed ridiculous.
