I saw a Rex Grossman for the second time who faced adversity and imploded. I've seen good QB's have bad days, Brett Favre is a good example. I have bet on Brett on these bad days and lost $$$! QB's will have bad days. The thing that troubled me is that Rex had a look on his face like a deer in head-lights. I felt like the game was over early in the third quarter. Good QB's face adversity and deal w/ it. Rex is money when ahead and w/ one of the best defense's ever. So was Orton. However, when behind ???????????
In conclusion, put this in the memory bank. Qb's have bad games thats a given! This is one of the best teams I have ever seen w/ out an average QB. I will not be on the wrong side , the next time I step out big w/ the Bears involved. Do not count on Rex to come from behind. I would appreciate confirmation on the above. Did you guys see the same thing I saw?
