Who's Deep Frying a Turkey?

If you have never deep fried a turkey, let me just tell you it is amazing. Injected one with creole liquid last year and it was awesome. I kind of felt bad because mine was scarfed down and my dad?s wasn?t touched. If you are planning on doing one, be careful to make sure it is fully thawed and that you are outside. Will be doing one Thursday morning:0074

My brother in law is doing one tomorrow in peanut oil.

He made one 2 years ago, he poured the oil in and then the turkey without letting the grease get hot.. We were like what is taking the turkey so long? Did not realize he did not know wtf he was doing. It was still good but he lost a lot of the turkey cause it stuck and ripped apart. This year should be perfect

Yeah that happens from time to time with newbies that dont thaw. Imagine that happening in your kitchen:scared
