giants minus 3[ homefield advantage at stake] and tampa -3[ versus a charger team that has underperformed ?
why are these not good plays for next weekend?

I do not like the Giants at all... They look lost and do not have the ability to stretch the field allowing teams to be able to croud the line of scrimmage. Carolina is playing great.. They have the better running back tandem then the Giants and Steve Smith is the difference maker.. I like Carolina but I am not betting the game..
If Carolina is a Road Dog, its Panthers or no play for me.
The Fox/Delhomme Combo has been money since 2004 in that role.
Not sure I trust them in this spot....but the GMen have been so off lately.
I could see myself putting a very small bet on Carolina, just to have an investment in the game, come Sunday night.

i don't personally trust mistake jake. however, the gmen are suffering froma lack of depth in their front 7 - - this really shows in the 2nd half. if the game is close adv to caro' running game. if jacob's plays i won't. he is the beast that gives the Giants their swagger back. he makes the other backs way more effective.
