The ordeal went on for a few minutes before Kinsey said one of the officers shot him. ?I?m like this right here, and when he shot me, it was so surprising,? Kinsey said. ?I thought it was a mosquito bite, and when it hit me I had my hands in the air, and I?m thinking I just got shot! And I?m saying, ?Sir, why did you shoot me?? and his words to me were, ?I don?t know.'?

Did the gun just discharge by accident? I just saw video leading up to the shooting and the guy could not have done much more to let the cops know he was unarmed and the guy he was with had a toy truck. WTF?
Just add this to the long list of things that get you shot by cops in the US: Lying on the ground with your hands up, unarmed, while black.
So hedgie and to all the rest that say compliance will result in a black person not getting shot, what say you now? I'm fairly certain that this individual was doing a little bit more than simply complying.
