Why do so many have a disdain for USC?

Anyone with half a brain who watched the game last year knows USC was the better team. They shot themselves in the foot, had blown calls against them, & still up double digits in the 4th.

It took a miracle for Texas to win. USC beats the piss out of those hick Longhorns 9 out of 10 times. Luckily for them last year was that one fluke time.

Sad thing about Texas was, they won as many National Championships that year as SC did in its 3 year "dynasty"! And Texas isnt going to get its National Championship taken away for cheating players either! :sadwave: :moon: :thefinger

I agree. USC prob. beats Texas 8 or 9 times out of 10. The evidence supports it. USC easily should have blown out Texas by 14+ pts. But that is why you play the game.

Your statement is incorrect. You left out the key word "BCS" National Championships. Texas has won as many BCS National Championships as USC in the last 3 years! Next time you try and get cute, don't look STUPID! Think before you post. Get your FACTS straight! :thumb:

Texas wishes they could have a run like USC has had and will continue to have.

USC cheating? :nono: ZERO evidence to support that accusation. Not wise to make accusations with ZERO evidence supporting your claim. Makes you look STUPID!

THE FACTS!

In the last 3 years, USC has won 2 AP NC's, and 1 BCS NC. Texas has won 1 AP NC and 1 BCS NC. Congrats to both programs!

USC is hated for the same reasons the Yankees are in baseball.
Yankees buy their talent advantage,
..........................................................

So does USC ! aka Reggie Bush and his cash deals

and then USC loses to the Beavers !:142smilie :mj07: :142smilie

This is why I hate USC.

The obvious question about 3 NC and Scott has to legitimasize it by making these kinds of stupid statements.

Who really ****in cares.

Texas wishes they could have a run like USC has had and will continue to have.

I was curious about this?:nono:

Records Since 2001
Texas 66-10 (86.4%)
USC 63-11 (85.1%)

Now throw out PC's first year where he went 6-6.
Record Since 2002
Texas 55-7 (88.7%)
USC 57-7 (89.1%)

O, and both teams have 1 National Championship in that time. The only people that recognize that AP National Championship are USC fans.

These numbers are all strikingly similar, so how does Texas wish they could have a run like USC when they actually are having a run like USC?

#1) USC plays tougher schedules than Texas. Very important! Take this year for example. USC in OOC played @Arkansas, Nebraska, and ND. Texas played North Texas, Ohio St., @Rice, and Sam Houston State. Is that a joke? I now see how Texas racked up so many wins! But you have the ordacityto compare records? :nono:

#2) USC has 2 AP NC's and 1 BCS NC. Texas has 1 AP NC and 1 BCS NC.

#3) USC has played in 2 straight BCS NC games, and maybe a 3rd this year. Texas only one!

#4) USC has played in 4 straight BCS bowl games. 3-1 record with 3 blowouts! Texas has not.

#4) USC has 5 consecutive conf. championships. Texas doesn't.

#5) In this USC run, USC has set an NCAA record beating ranked opponents. (more than OU in THEIR all time consecutive win streak) USC also set Pac 10 record of consecutive wins. USC came 13 games shy of having all time consecutive win streak. USC also has nations longest home win streak. Texas doesn't come close to any of these stats!

#6) USC has won 3 Heisman trophies in the last 4 years. Texas has won ZERO!

#7) USC is contending for a BCS NC in a rebuilding year. Texas is out of the BCS NC despite returning most of their team (outside their QB).

#8) In the PC era, USC has only lost 1 game by double digits. 11pt loss @ND. I think the USC average loss is by 3pts. Although USC doesn't lose often. I think the average USC winning margin is highdouble digits. USC does not play Sam Houston St., Rice, Louisiana-Lafayette etc like Texas.

I can go on and on. Texas is NOT in USC's league of accomplishments!
