IE... what is this live betting, im confused...?

I couldnt understand anything besides the lines , what did the other numbers mean?

The gags are a fraud..they go out early in the tournament..maybe in the first round. They have decent talent but can't, or won't, play defense worth a damn. That has to fall on Mark Fews shoulders...not impressed with his coaching.
