Poor shot selection by Grant down the stretch.

Good teams attack the rim at crunch time (Wis & Kent). I've seen so many good teams crumble in the final minute because of forced shots. Carolina, Okla, etc. now add ND to this list. Too bad because they controlled Goliath for 39 minutes.

:0074 he absolutely killed them their last couple possessions. after he hit the huge 3 to retake the lead, he thought he could hit a step-back 3 any time he wanted to. that highly efficient offense was reduced to "let's hope grant can hit another lucky 3 as the shot clock winds down." these kids get "hero syndrome" and it kills their team almost every single time.

Terrible last possession with 6 seconds. You have to throw a pass moving towards your rim, not hand it off 88ft. away from your rim. I guess ND was out of timeouts but you have to have something drawn up for that situation.

In no universe was that a charge. Great game, great season, but don't go out being a sore loser. :0008
