If the play calling wasn't so atrocious, Wisky would have won that game against TCU. I am still trying to figure out WTF that coordinator was thinking. If Wisky got stopped ONCE on a run play, they'd call 3 straight pass plays. Just keep pounding the ball! It worked 90% of the time. Just wear down that D and stop letting them catch their breath with a string of shitty pass plays. Ugh.

That's what I was counting on, Wisky pounding the ball all night and wearing down TCU D.

Yeah. I was very disappointed that they went away from the running game. Also when they ran east and west. They should have kept pounding north and south. Also could have brought Clay in a little earlier. They were wearing the defense, but it was too late.

I agree - a very disappointing game. Bucky won all the statistical categories - time of possession, total yards, etc... but lost on the most important part - the scoreboard.....

They averaged 4.9 YPC..... and yet went to the air more than I thought they would.

Shoulda/woulda/coulda - bottom line, they got beat. Coaching wasn't great - Bielema was very conservative on 4th downs, although the fake punt was a great call.

But to say Wisky wasn't a top 10 team, when they lost by 2 points to the undefeated #3 team in the country? :nono:

already changed im pretty sure its official...

and as far as why do big ten teams get big bowls, well they really do have the largest followings .....

PSU, OSU, and Michigan ecspecially.....

that being said, I will be the first too admit that the big ten was outmatched yesterday in the bama/miss st game, and i was on mich large.

PSU and Wisky both hung around and had chances to win. As far as the contreversy over who has the better teams, recently yea, the SEC has had more success on the field, but too say that the BIG TEN isnt deserving I would not agree with...we play a lot different then SEC teams and in a lot different climate...a lot of the big ten gamesplans and offenses arent as fun too waatch, but really they have the greatest fans who still tune in and watch everysingle game........

17-12 sec over big ten in bowls i saw someone post, i would not consider that dominace by any means....

PSU beat LSU last year, and almost florida yesterday, and we have been down as of late so really suprised we were able to do that..

if SEC fans honestly think that your conference is way above the others, well your crazy...ya past couple years i tip my hat to your success:0008
i am just a fan of football in general, and am not sure why there always has too be a big war over who has the better teams....

usually stay outta posts like this, but just really want ppl to know the bigten has some good programs, good talent, and amazing tradition....
you southern boys really would like it up here!!!:0074

BTW, the real play based on all this info is LSU this week. Cause the only 2 Big Ten wins came against ......................the Big 12. LSU should be too much for Tex A and M.
