Don't come into P & R Forum much anymore cause I got bored with all the BS and stuff like this is why...

Bush is damned if he did and damned if he didn't.

If he doesn't go then people are saying... "This is the largest mass shooting in our countries history, where is Bush, he doesn't care..."

whatever... people will never be happy either way...

That is all...

Ohh and just in case u would like to visit some of these "glorified" school shootings here in the US,

http://www.keystosaferschools.com/Map_School_Shootings.htm

Sad isnt it, there has been so many, they have made a map from state to state to show us this.

Padre, im with you on this gun shit. Its amazing just because a political side jerkoffs to the NRA the people on that side have to be sheep with them. Get rid of them all. There is no need for them and the world would be a better place without them. Let the hunters use a bow and arrow if they like to hunt. And if its a problem when people say that "the criminals will hav them" then if you get caught using one you should get the death penalty. Weasal, i see you side with the constitution on this one:142smilie After six years of the constitution getting blitzed now you found something its good for.

Very few of us share BryanZ's view on this. I think Bush has been a horrible President, but totally support his visit.

Ohh, i hate quoting myself ie. Intense Operator,,,but

It is really disturbing the more i get into this site. I mean look at the map, that is only up until 04/01.

its missing 5 years of good ol gun slinging.

I think that they chose not to update it because it might start to look like a presidential election, with all the red dots covering the states.

Sorry Smurph--should have included link with stats initially--

http://www.benbest.com/lifeext/murder.html

on the issue of guns--impossibly to keep guns out of hands of criminals or crazies--however had the the professor or another had a gun--how many lives would have been saved.

Case in point--if a person comes in our office bldg with gun -the upstairs personel are at his mercy--if he comes downstairs he has to come past my office 1st--and his chances of making it to bottom step other than face down is remote.

While guns do take innocent lives--they also save innocent lives.

P.S. under your presumption I would assume
--pencils mis-spell words
--cars make people drive drunk
--and spoons make Rosie O'donald fat :)

Shocked then shock. Why did Bush show up. I guess it's his job to do so? Can't hurt since he's been blamed for being so late in past. And it' has a hint of political. But why are we shocked? We let anyone run around with weapons. If we don't want to try and keep guns away from some of the idiots we get this out come.
Good thing Bush is not president of Iraq. He would have to go everyday to these gatherings. Today in Iraq they are a head of there daily average of 87 killed. Today over 200 dead 150 injured.

Look I am not advocating that Mexico is by far the best place to live. First, Mexico City is the most populated city in the world, i would expect it to have a high number of deaths.

All I am saying is WE Americans need to stop thinking that we have the answers to all the questions and that we need to look at other places, just as others look to us for solutions.

Why then do we have so many shootings in schools?

And other regions of the world(regardless of living conditions) do not have any?

We need to stop bickering and find solutions, the world is watching our every move.

BTW I got pulled over the other day for drinking and driving, I was on my burro and he was drunk , not me.

Those lists are not very useful. China, Pakistan and ALL OF AFRICA are not even measured. Plus, this list is like 5 years old. Currently, Iraq leads the world at somewhere near 1 person per 1,000 murdered. Baghdad is well above that, to easily make it the most dangerous city in the world.
