It seems like the only 2 decent qb's they had had the last 13 yrs are Chris Weinke and Charlie Ward.............for such a football factory with a great recruiting base why cant they ever get a decent QB.........

the qb may be bad, but there's no way to tell that based on tonight. when the defense drops 7 and you still can't plant your feet, whatever happens isn't the qb's fault.
Neither one of these guys have a clue..........
Lets say even if Sexton was to start as scheduled, they still have these guys as backups......
They may be ok down the road but it seems like the last 5 yrs FSU tried Rix who wasnt any good and now this is what they have left......

in terms of pure quarterback tools, im not sure if theres been a BETTER quarterback than rix at fsu in quite awhile. you want to talk about a kid that could make all the throws and had an absolute cannon for an arm with good mobility for his size. but for whatever reason, he just never 'got it'. and that was incredibly puzzling.
