why is Louiville 10 point favorites against wake forest

I just don't see it,I am starting to like Wake Forest here with the better defense,the only team Louisville played with a good defense was rutgers and they lost,could I get some opinions

I like Wake too....they are having a "Cinderella" type year and I don't see them getting blown out here at all. Defensively these two are very evenly matched and I see Wake making some adjustments to contain LOU's offense to stay in the game. The only concern I have is experience vs. no experience in the BIG bowl game spotlight. I think the Deacs step it up and hang here....

I watched the GT Wake game and said those are the 2 worst I"ve ever seen. GT came back today and put a ton of points on the board. Have to rethink this game.

Louisville will not take its foot of the gas.

I also like Lousiville here. Both teams have good defenses but the Cards have a slight edge... The Cards have a definate edge on offense... The Cards have the 7th best passing offense in the nation while Wake's pass D is 81st. I think Brohm and Urrutia have a huge day.

You also have to factor in that the ACC really didnt have many passing offenses that could beat a decent high school team

I think the large spread is designed to attract Wake money. Defenses are about the same and Louisville offense is far superior.

Do remember The VIlle has some serious issues stopping the run.

Rutgers/WVU/Natti ran all over them.

What does Wake do well.......run.

They run all those mis-directions, end arounds, WR runs......could give the Cards some problems.
