I would think the simple answer is that its' the mods/admins choice to let him post here. It's Jack's private message board and he makes the decision as to who can post here and who can't. Fortunately you're not a mod and you don't have any say-so as to who posts here.

If you are trying to lump all conservatives with you and Ray, I would be pissed if I was a conservative.
