Their offense will be top notch. :scared
Marc Bulger -- Pro Bowler
Stephen Jackson -- Best rb in the NFC :scared
Randy Michmael at Tight End
Bruce - Holt and Drew Bennet at wide out :scared

I think people have forgotten about this team, and they are primed to make a run this year.

I agree. Defense wins championships, but this offense can win quite a few games. That division is not scary - they could find themselves with a home playoff game.

What is so great about Randy McMichael at TE? If he's so good, then why can't you even spell his name correctly?:142smilie

Also, Bennet hardly scares me @ WR as he'll be 29 by the first game. Bulger is good, but nothing incredible IMO. Bruce is older than sand on the beach:mj07: Not too many stud 35 year old WR's and that will be Bruce's age come November. His skills are already declining rapidly. Basically you have Jackson and Holt that are solid options. Rams could finish anywhere from 6-10 to 11-5 and it wouldn't shock me. I also think Arizona and San Francisco will be imrpoved while Seattle drops a couple notches.

Drew Bennet as a #3 is solid considering he was a #1 and put up 1000+ yards a couple years ago. Let me know what other #3s are better than him.

Who were Randys QB's in Miami? I should know how to spell his name since he went to uga

Because defense wins championships

i like the way this coach is trying to change their offense to more ball control...& keeping the defense off the field.but as loudog says...it's all about defense. they have been trying for the past 2 years to bulk up their d...don't know if it will be enough though to challenge for the superbowl...but i do think they are on the right path.

I don't think anyone is talking about them winning the SB. Their O/U is 7 1/2, so it's just a question whether or not they are a .500 team. Until SF or AZ actually prove anything, I think the Rams are the 2nd best team team in the NFC West and should be able to get 8-9 wins.

yep....TWO years ago. half his yards came in the final 5 games when Tenny was dead in the water, McNair was gone and he and Volek were just playing pass happy games when the defense was giving up 40+ points per game.

except for those magical 5 games with Volek, he's been a mediocre receiver. no wonder Tenny didnt put up a fight to keep him even though they are needy at that position.
