You know assbob, if you want people to take you seriously you need to get your facts straight.

In a short time you have become one of the biggest hypocrites on this board. You call people names all day long and then cry like a little bitch when you can't take the same treatment. You continue to talk out of both sides of your ass all day long. If someone has an R next to their name you will suck their dick until the end of time. Which actually infuriates skul, as you are moving in on his action. Your act is fucking obvious. You are full of shit. You are GOP to the core so don't give any of his your independent bullshit. Independents wouldn't piss on you to put out a fire unless you were already dead.

you sheep should realize the other four guys are on your hero worship list...none of them knocked down the Berlin wall or defeated Communism did they?
No they didn't, Bob. Nor did a B-grade actor playing the role of a lifetime. The USSR ended as all military empires must end.

When military might replaces economic might, failure is inevitable. Unless we recognize this, the same fate awaits us.

Nice. I stopped reading after his idiotic Gore statement. These dumbass GOP'ers love that Reagan killed the Soviets. As if it hadn't been building for years. Imagine what the GOP'ers would be saying if the Soviets imploded during the Carter administration.

The Ice Age Cometh
by Andrew Kenny
The Sunday Mail, 14 July 2002
A new ice age is due now, but you wont hear it from the green groups, who like to play on Western guilt about consumerism to make us believe in global warming.
For fuck's sake Skul, I tell you not to confuse right-wing hacks in the pockets of the fossil fuel industry for climate scientists and what do you do? You dig up a 9 year old piece by one of these hacks.

The Obama promising change and prosperity and you have six of the greatest lies of the past 50 years.

!

Yes, some of us are pissed off because he didn't change much. Because he caved into the Republicans....but that should make you happy:shrug:

As for the rest of your stupid statement that has already been answered here.

Like I said, just killing time waiting for Obama's plan and you guys keep playing along.

Since you all have your excuses and web sites and quotes ready to go, why don't one of you geniuses start a thread re: what The Obama should do and should include in his speech.

He's your savior, he's got the senate behind him, give him a hand. If not, I guess you are as devoid of ideas as he is. That was the topic of this thread as one poster's brainstorm is spend, spend, spend. Any other original thought out there.

Trench...don't tell me you're a teacher, oh my. The NEA won't be around much longer so you'd better get a resume together.

Trampled...saying if the Soviets imploded during the Carter administration is like saying unemployment fell to 8% under The Obama...meanwhile, back on planet Earth.

You guys should stop talking about me as I can't take it any longer. (Stevie...this statement is called sar-cas-m).

I'll wait for your ideas on The Obama's speech.

Right behind you

Stop confusing azzbob with facts. It interrupts his little right wing dreamland, the one where he and his buddies sit around the 19th hole patting themselves on the back for being white.

It gags them to think a black man is president, just blows their little teaparty minds.

Bob, you're confusing true Independents for party loyalists like yourself.

Most of us have long given up on Obama implementing any real change. We're just killing time waiting for John Boehner and the Republican House to introduce that Jobs Program they ran on in the mid-terms.

It should along any day now, right? :142smilie

AZ Obama kept the Bush Tax Cuts in place. So where are the jobs? That's called a question. You can answer it.

Stevie, I really think that Obamacare put the SCREWS on the job market, throw in Dodd/Frank because Chris Dodd wanted his name on something before he retired from office and we have the current clusterfuck.

I'm gonna give you points for trying, Skul. But...

1. If Obamacare's to blame, why were we losing 750,000 jobs a month under Bush?

2. The healthcare industry represents 1/6 of the economy. What about the other 5/6?

Trench, the fact that we were losing so many jobs should have made that the PRIORITY, not a healthcare bill that had to be PASSED so we could see what was in it.

Now we're waiting for 2 1/2 years to hear a JOBS plan from Obama, early September 2011.

If that's not a PITY, REALLLY, I don't know what is.

OK.

Just not sure why you said "Obamacare put the SCREWS on the job market" if you're now saying it was Obama's misguided priorities that failed to produce jobs.

If you right-wingers could get by your partisan bias, you'd probably see that we actually agree on some things. But I'll ask you the same question I asked Bob... Where's the jobs program John Boehner and the Republican House ran on a year ago?

You and the other right-wingers in here have been bashing the Stimulus bill for the past two years, primarily because it was a spending bill which added to the budget deficit. Now you're finally catching on that it wasn't the spending of the Stimulus bill that was the problem, it was the fact that it focused on tax cuts and social benefits rather than jobs. And many now concede that to have had a significant impact on "The Great Recession" we've been in since 2008, it should have been bigger.

Btw... The Great Recession's gonna get worse before it gets better. God help us if the Republicans think they can "deregulate and untax" us out of it.

Well we were losing 750,000 jobs a month before Obama Care. Now I think we have to do something to get the Medical costs under control. I don't see the Republican House or the Dem President doing anything about that.

Passed Republican legislation goes to the Democrat controlled Senate, to die.

Really? I must have missed that jobs bill the Republican House passed on to the Senate.

Please post the House Resolution number for us, Skul.

That's right Stevie. The Wall Street crash of 2008 killed 8 million jobs alone. But 9% unemployment is all Obama's fault.

Here's an interesting fact. In inflation-adjusted terms, 80% of American workers make less now than they did in 1973.

In other words, 1973 was the highest level of worker compensation in real inflation-adjusted dollars in American history for 80% of American workers.

I suppose it's just a coincidence that that's about the time that private sector unions began to decline in this country.
