I wish I had sold some of mine at $.12, but I just thought about the long term prospects and decided to hold on. I'm encouraged that the price held and even had an uptick at the end of the day. I was waiting for the traders to have a big sell off towards the end of trading, but it didn't happen. I'm no pro at this, but that seems to be a positive sign to me going into next week. I still like what they have to offer, but I have seen to many of these OTC's with what it appears to be a lot of potential, crash and burn. The fact that they have that biometric patent is a big plus. My guess is they have another NR coming soon and that is the reason for the big jump in volume. Can't really see that last NR as being the sole reaon for this nice little run in the last two days.

Good Luck

Diamond I, Inc. and NewMarket Technology, Inc. with $70 Million in Annualized Revenue Announce Letter of Intent to Combine WIFI Operations into Conglomerate Creating Another Listed NewMarket SubsidiaryMonday December 4, 9:50 am ET
Combined WIFI Conglomerate and NewMarket Listed Subsidiary to Sell WIFI Enabled Solutions to Multiple Markets Including Voice over IP (VoIP), Gaming, Homeland Security and Municipal Utilities

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NewMarket Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT - News) and Diamond I, Inc. (OTCBB:DMOIE - News) today announced plans to combine WIFI operations. The planned merger of Diamond I's WIFI operations with NewMarket's WIFI operations is a significant part of Diamond I's recently announced reorganization plans to support an overall WIFI market expansion strategy.
WIFI Expansion Strategy and NewMarket Contribution

The combined companies will consolidate WIFI technology assets and proprietary knowledge and build equity partnerships with other emerging WIFI businesses that can be leveraged to build revenue in a number of market segments. In the reorganization, Diamond I will develop subsidiary companies that concentrate on developing WIFI-specific market segments. Diamond I already has a subsidiary focused on WIFI-enabled gaming targeted for deployment on casino properties. A second subsidiary is to be formed to concentrate on bringing WIFI solutions to city municipalities. The parent company will maintain its core WIFI technology assets that can be applied to develop additional WIFI market segments through focused subsidiaries.

NewMarket Award-Winning Strategy to Develop Emerging Technology

NewMarket Technology recently ranked fifth on Deloitte's 2006 Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America. This is the third consecutive year that NewMarket has been ranked on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500. NewMarket is the fastest growing company in Texas on the Fast 500 ranking and the first Texas-based company to make the Top 5 since 2001. NewMarket Technology continues to maintain a rapid growth rate with $70 million in revenue forecasted this year and $120 million forecasted in 2007.

Philip Verges, CEO and Chairman of NewMarket commented:

"The micro cap public market can be a great environment for providing development stage businesses access to growth capital. However, the increased expense of being public creates a substantial hurdle for small development stage businesses. At NewMarket, we believe development stage micro cap public conglomerates give emerging market businesses access to a great capital market while mitigating the increasing expense of being public. We also believe most technologies can be applied to multiple market segments. We are confident that the opportunity to consolidate WIFI operations with Diamond creating multiple market segment opportunities will enhance shareholder value in the combined operation."

David Loflin, Diamond I's CEO:

"NewMarket not only brings valuable WIFI assets and knowledge, but ground breaking experience in incubating emerging technology operations. I look forward to progressing further with this opportunity with NewMarket and building a multi-market WIFI conglomerate."

Diamond and NewMarket Terms

Diamond I and NewMarket have entered into a letter of intent (LOI) to combine WIFI operations. The terms of the LOI propose NewMarket's WIFI subsidiary acquiring a sixty percent interest in exchange for $2 million in preferred stock. The terms include the formation of two operating subsidiaries. One subsidiary will concentrate on developing the WIFI gaming market opportunity that is just beginning in the gaming industry. The second subsidiary will focus on developing the city municipal government WIFI market.

About Diamond I, Inc. (www.wificasino.net)

"Voice-Print" and "Finger-Print" Technologies. Diamond I, Inc. owns the rights to patent-pending voice-recognition and fingerprint biometric security technologies. These security technologies will be incorporated into Diamond I's WifiCasino GS wireless, hand-held gaming system, as well as the hand-held gaming unit to be employed by the Global Gaming Platform venture.

Diamond I, Inc. is a development-stage company that develops wireless gaming products, including a hand-held Wi-Fi-based gaming system for on-premises use by casinos/resorts, known as "WifiCasino"(TM), which includes the GS2(TM), the user-friendly wireless hand-held unit. The term "Wi-Fi" (wireless fidelity) refers to an industry standard for wireless equipment that meets published 802.11(x) standards. Wi-Fi equipment operates in unlicensed spectra, such as 2.4 and 5.8 Ghz.

With the passage of Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos, Diamond I seeks to secure a Las Vegas hotel/casino to serve as the demonstration site for its WifiCasino, in conjunction with its application for a gaming license in Nevada. To that end, in a letter of intent, The Palms Resort and Casino has agreed to continue to develop a working relationship relating to Diamond I's WifiCasino and, assuming Diamond I continues to meet certain standards, The Palms stated that it intends to pursue an opportunity with Diamond I. Diamond I continues to seek venues in which to establish its WifiCasino system, including other U.S. casinos and horse and dog racing facilities. Diamond I has had preliminary discussions with certain owners of cruise ships, certain owners of horse racing facilities in the United States and dog and horse racing facilities outside the United States.

I like this part. This tells me that they are going to be providing the funding for the gaming venture, IMO. One of my worries with this company was if they had the funds to get that launched. Now, I think they do.

Diamond I to Pursue Oil and Gas Opportunities

Wednesday January 23, 9:30 am ET

Board of Directors Sees Diversification as Best Means to Building Shareholder Value

BATON ROUGE, La., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diamond I, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DMOI - News) announced today that its board of directors had approved a move to diversify the company's business. The board found that diversification would best serve DMOI's shareholders. The decision to diversify first into the oil and gas industry was made following a period during which DMOI's management has received numerous business propositions from oil and gas industry participants.

"The number of oil and gas opportunities that have been pitched to us during the last few months has convinced us that this move into oil and gas will yield positive results for us," said DMOI's CEO David Loflin. "We are close to adding a business development officer to our management team and expect to be able to make an announcement about that soon."

DMOI continues to operate its free online Poker site, IslandBlueCasino.net, a for-entertainment-only site, and to finalize its "GS3" hand-held gaming unit that is the key facet of its WifiCasino GS gaming system.

CC this has happened in the past, I cam across this about a dozen times in the late 90s.

I would be following a jr. oil/gas stock, or mining company and with gold sitting below 300 and oil around 10 and below, these companies decided to take a new direction.... tech.

they were going to become a great tech company. and use their management "TALENT" to build a great tech company.

never invested in any however one company had cashflow and a decent land spread...still one year later they were no longer in the oil/gas, they went into tech. the stock eventually went to zero.

1. they will change the focus of the company, the business plan is not working....many times this is because the company would be better run by a five year old.....no slight on any five year olds.

2. then they do a name change and a reverse split, basically wipe out existing shareholders.

3. however after this they can then issue more shares and begin the game again.

translation of the pr release.

We as company managment have no idea what we are doing. If the company continues on its current coarse we will go broke, or shareholders may replace us with someone who has a clue.

These jobs are nice and pay more than we are worth, so we have decided to go in a different direction. Also no one will give us any more money.

Gold hit over 900 and oil just hit 100 so we decided to flip for it, oil won. Also it is easier to start up a small jr. oil /gas company and show cashflow. This will work long enough to rename the company and issue more stock, after the reverse split.

This should allow us to keep our jobs for another 2-4 years, and that is not so bad....

CC if they get a good oil team, this could even work, however there are so many good oil gas companies in the jr. and sr. catergory that are CHEAP, after this sell off...... in Canada many great jr. are trading at 4X cashflow or less. natural gas ones even cheaper.

know some people in the oil industry and it is not an easy industry (especially in down years) to exist in...... today the price is good however costs are hard to control..... I wish them the best.

thanks

Thanks Sellkirk for your translation which gave me a laugh. I can't disagree with any of it and been wondering when the dreaded RS is gonna happen. I have heard some not so favorable reviews of the CEO of this company and am waiting for him to jam the shareholders any day now. These micro-cap guys seem like they are all a bunch of crooks. Hopefully something good will come out this. Maybe Loflin (CEO) is good friends with the Clampetts and they are the ones urging him to get into the oil biz.

NEWS - Diamond I to Sign Agreement to Acquire Six Producing Oil and Gas Properties

BATON ROUGE, LA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/31/08 -- Diamond I, Inc. (OTCBB: DMOI) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a private Texas company to acquire six producing oil and gas properties. DMOI has commenced a short period of due diligence and financing activities. DMOI intends to complete the acquisition of the first of the properties within sixty days.

"We believe this agreement puts us on the right track with our oil and gas program," said DMOI's CEO David Loflin. "Our first oil and gas acquisitions are being carefully made for near-term production, with an eye on our long-term success."

DMOI continues to operate its free online Poker site, IslandBlueCasino.net, a for-entertainment-only site, and to finalize its "GS3" hand-held gaming unit that is the key facet of its WifiCasino GS gaming system.

About Diamond I, Inc. (www.wificasino.net)

DMOI has determined to diversify its business interests, with an initial effort focused on the oil and gas industry. DMOI expects to announce other diversification initiatives in the future.

Recently, DMOI opened its first free online Poker site, IslandBlueCasino.net, a for-entertainment-only site legal for users in the United States. Island Blue Casino was designed to create a revenue stream for the company, through the use of click-through advertising programs, such that offered by Amazon.com. DMOI derived revenues from this web site, during the last two months of 2007.

In addition, DMOI owns the rights to patent-pending voice-recognition and fingerprint biometric security technologies. These security technologies will be incorporated into DMOI's WifiCasino GS wireless, hand-held gaming system, which includes the hand-held gaming unit known as the "GS3," with the passage of Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos. DMOI continues to seek a hotel/casino to serve as the demonstration site for its WifiCasino.

That last line doesn't sound very promisiing.

i thought they had an agreement with the palms??

I thought they did to. FWIW, somebody on the IHUB board said that he was told the company will be releasing some good news in the near future. We'll see how that one plays out. By the looks of the volume the last two days, it sure seems like something is going on.

I haven't been following this one very closely, but there has been some recent activity. You would probably be better off reading some of the recent PR's, instead of me trying to explain it, which I'm not sure I could do. It appears they are changing their name to US Biofuel Exchange and are creating a platform similar to Ebay for the biofuel industry. I haven't heard a word about the portable gaming units. There never seems to be a dull moment with these penny stock companies. I think most of them are formed with the intent on sucking as much cash out them for as long as they can and feeding the stockholders a load of crap the whole time.

Maybe something will come of this as they seem to have some new faces there, but a RS wouldn't surprise me at all with these bunch of bozos.

From the lastest 10Q. I wonder if it is mandatory that you be a complete screw up or a crook to run an OTC company.

However, following the addition of Thomas Gray to our board of directors, it was determined that we would pursue Mr. Gray?s vision of an online biofuels exchange, rather than to continue to pursue our other business interests. In June 2008, we announced that our company would pursue the establishment of the U.S. BioFuels Exchange (the ?US-BX?).

The US-BX

We have established an Internet site, www.USBiofuelsExchange.com, on which we intend to establish the US-BX, a new biofuels marketplace. The US-BX is the brainchild of Mr. Gray, our newest director. Mr. Gray?s vision would bring to the presently chaotic biofuels marketplace an orderly and efficient matching of producers and other sellers with buyers, using the Internet, in a manner similar to the model currently employed by eBay.com.

We are currently designing the US-BX web site and completing the software engineering required for the launch of the US-BX. It is expected that we will open the US-BX web site for beta testing during September 2008. Shortly thereafter, we intend to open the US-BX for trading. Because the US-BX is a new venture, there is no assurance that it will be successful.

The US-BX is to be the first and only Internet marketplace for all current and future biofuels and biofuel products, which include biodiesel (in all of its forms) and ethanol. Biofuel producers and other sellers will list their biofuel quantities and desired pricing directly on the US-BX web site. Then, buyers will buy or bid on these listed biofuel quantities. It is intended that the US-BX will charge a fee on every transaction between sellers and buyers. The US-BX expects that it will, in the long-term, assist in bringing market order to a large, fast-growing and chaotic marketplace, by offering a venue that will facilitate national pricing, among other things, for biofuels and biofuel products. The US-BX will be dynamic. Biofuels producers and other sellers will be able to update, in real time, their available quantities, as well as pricing, as often as desired.

Through a private offering of securities, we were able to obtain $40,000 for the establishment of the US-BX, which amount is adequate to complete the design and software engineering of the US-BX web site and to begin the marketing of the online biofuels exchange

CC most of these companies are like lottery tickets, and only a few work out.... when the first venture does not work, they often go in another direction....

if I had $10 for every jr. oil/gas company (in 1998) on Vancouver/Alberta that turned into a internet/mulitimedia company. or gold company 10 years ago that turned into a internet incubator...

often they leave some prospects and in a few years that will be the hot sector...

it is a tough environment for small caps micro caps, following about 8 was even thinking of starting to post them... however they are down an average of 25% in just 60 days.

good micro-caps with focus managment will be screaming buys in 2009, or good lottery tickets.

thanks
