One of my worse years with football - in 30 yrs at cappin. Rule of thumb when you cap and keep your stats on notepads, etc., when you move, don't let your wife or anyone else pack your stuff, chances are, they will throw out your old notepads or put them in boxes it takes months to go through!

ATLANTA -3.5 (Logic here is both teams play indoors, Detroit has given up and they can't protect Stafford and their "D" truly is over-rated, Falcons need this game for home adv.)
DALLAS -1 (Can't trust what Saints QB Brees did last wk vs Tampa at home after his crappy throw aways the previous 3 weeks, Dallas playing with some inspiration, hurt players are playing hurt and D Murray is running the ball - playoff game for Saints since they ain't going to one, but Dallas front seven will give Brees fits at home)
NEW ENGLAND -14 (Pats want homefield pretty bad and Brady will light up the Jags DBs in this one, look for Ridley to break out after he cost the Pats two scoring drives with fumbles - Jags can't stop anyone from scoring with this type of offense they are facing - Pats roll by 18 or more here, 41-14)
Over 48 1/2 NEW ENGLAND/JACKSONVILLE
Over 43 CINCINNATI/PITTSBURGH (Steelers only shot at post-season is to win this one, Bengals exposed lack of protection vs Philly, but they capitalized on Philly turnovers and Steelers have been giving up some of the TO's since Ben's return, this game comes down to a FG, Pitt 27 Cincy 24)
TAMPA BAY -3 (Two coaches in their first year with their teams, Tampa lost two straight, one to Eagles at home in last few seconds and they laid an absolute egg at New Orleans with Freeman having a game he'd love to forget - Rams off Vikings running them over, Martin should run over the Rams front here too and Tampa edge out a 27 - 20 victory with no playoff shot)
CAROLINA -9 (Panthers back from West coast blowout win at SD, Oakland off shutout win at home now both traveled, but offensive edge should be with the Panthers who are playing much better and the RBs are actually getting some yards after signing for their mega bucks and not producing, difference here will be that Cam can find his WRs and he'll run vs front seven pass rush, Carolina 31 Oak 17)
Over 37 CHICAGO/ARIZONA (Bears need this game to make the WC, AZ off a blowout win at home to Detroit last wk and now they play a team with some weapons and a mission here, Bears 24 AZ 23)
NY GIANTS -1 (Eli's big bro put a hurting on the defense of the Ravens last wk and Eli needs to atone for a crappy showing at Atlanta last wk, small travel spot to a team who's lost their edge, even though they have wrapped up a PO spot, the Ravens haven't a clue with their HC Harbaugh and new offense that sucks and lost Torry Smith last wk too, Giants roll 28 to 17)
SEATTLE +1 (Going with a stat that shows a team that scores 50 or more two wks in a row and is a dog, is 18-1 the last 10 years in this spot, Seattle put up 50 on Buffalo and 58 on AZ and at home vs SF who had a nice win, giving up a few points the latter part of the 2nd half vs the Pats last Sunday, now scurry up to Seattle and play a front seven that is very quick and they'll give Kaeppernick fits - this should be a well watched game and Seattle should prevail, I wouldn't doubt they lay 14 pt spread vs SF, Seattle 34 - SF 20)
