Some players just know how to win. Tom Brady, for sure. Russell Wilson appears to be another. Then other players are just losers. Matt Schaub and Matt Ryan are just losers. When they come up against winners, they just crumble.

Add Drew Brees - with decent coaching he can win the big one - add Aaron Rodgers - there are some decent QB's - but when the rest of the team is crumbling around you - you try to do too much.... Matty can't overcome a mediocre squad - Brady can.... until December

Ryan does fine as long as there is no pressure. As soon as it came down to crunch time, he choked. Terrible throw on the last play and one on second down was way off. Earlier in the game, when they went for it on 4th down, he threw the ball where the receiver couldn't even get a hand on it. He just isn't capable of stepping up under the pressure like Brady is.
Ryan vs Brees is a perfect example. Brees has less weapons, outside of TE, and a worse defense, yet is 7-2 head to head vs Matty Ice..and one of the losses brees drove saints to the 11 yard line and Hartley misseda winning 28 yard fg.
To be fair, Payton is head and shoulders above mike smith and the saints have put out a better OL most seasons.

agree Ryan is a top 10 qb who just cant get it done all be it team is hurting right now!
