Wisconsin's defensive game is like nothing Montana has faced all season, and coach Bo Ryan's defense-first philosophy delivers results. The Badgers are ranked No. 1 in the country in points-allowed at 52.9 per game. They've limited teams to just 38.3 percent shooting this season while forcing an average of 18 turnovers per game. One question: Will the Grizzlies be able to score effectively in the paint? Also, do they have the depth? Remember, Griz coach Wayne Tinkle made no substitutions in the second half of the tournament win over Weber State. Wisconsin point guard Jordan Taylor is the spark plug, and his battle with Will Cherry will be spotlighted. Taylor and the Badgers' dogged defense will be tough for the Grizzlies to crack. If Montana is hard-pressed to score, they won't be able to keep pace.
