We have lines of Suns -7 and 190 for tonight.
-I like the Wiz +7 and over 190 here.
-Collins has tried the slow down game with these Western teams and gotten blown out so far (0-2).
-In the past three against the West the Wiz have given up:
109 last night to SAC
103 to the LAL on Tuesday
&
101 to SAC at home before the break
-This Suns team is the one West team that they played shot-for-shot in Washington back on Jan. 26th and beat 112-102.
-A tired Wiz defense should limit some of their intensity on that end of the floor......opening the door for Marion, Marbury and Hardaway to score at least their seasonal average of 97.7.
-However, the Wiz are scoring well themselves. In their in last 7........getting:
93 last night at SAC
94 at LAL
108 against SAC at home

-The Suns are averaging 97.7 pts/gm and the Wiz are knocking down 92 pts/gm on the season.
-That Wiz average of 92 is a bit low as you can see that......since Rips's return their average is now up to 99 pts/gm in the last 7!!
I'm hope'n the Wiz's shooting legs aren't totally shot tonight.
Prior to leaving Wash.....on this 3 game Western Road Trip....I would think the Wiz woulda considered this Sun's game tonight as their best shot at a W (even a must win).
See them giving a stout effort (even if tired) to try and salvage 1 outa 3 against this Suns team they beat by 10 at Wash.
They have to be ask'n themselves.......are we "really contenders or just prentenders"???
Tonight is a cross-roads situation for this Wiz team to answer some questions. Lose'n all 3 on this trip will prove they've not become much more than a playoff "walk-over embarrassment" for one of the elite of the NBA.....not what MJ has on his mind IMO.
