Seattle Storm -2.5 over San Antonio Silver Stars ***
Storm is 2-0 and playing great but they have been at home so this is there 1st road game. History tells us they are not a great rd team. Lyr they won 9 games on the road.but I like there starting 5 with Lennox and Bird at the gds.Marques the SF is going to be a big scorer this yr and then you have Jackson the PF who has put together 2 monster games avg 27 pts.They are the no 1 3 pt% and rebounding team so far.But again it's only been 2 games and both in Starbuck country.
San Antonio has really improved its team with Liberty's Becky Hammon.Riley inside adds a big presence.Young is a super soph.Also have depth off the bench.But think Storm has overall better talent and gets a close rd win tonite.
Miiny Lynx -7.5 over Chicago Sky **
The 2 worst WNBA teams going at each other tonite.Sky has no inside game so they traded one of the 2 or 3 scorers Currie yesterday for 6'3 post Melvin. Took only 2 games for sky to realize they have no post players.that makes a big difference esp when you have no outside game either.This is a perimeter team with no shooters.melvin has to pass the physical today so they think she will suit up with her new team tonite.If not sky will be really hurt'in .This team is 0-2 and avg only 63 pts.Price there top draft choice is only avg 4 pts a game.she will get better but right now is overmatched. sky is the worst FT%,3 pt%,def 3pt,rebounding,etc,etc
Lynx is not much better.They are 0-3 and struggling big time.Harding,Dukes superstar is still thinking about the Marist game going 0-2 at the FT line with no time on the clock.Lynx have given up 80 pts in last 3 games and lost by double d's and like Sky can't score.Augustus is the superstar.she needs some help.The only good thing going for the Lynx is they have lost all 3 games to probaly the 3 best teams ..Det Shock,Ind Fever and Sac Monarchs
hate giving 7.5 to Minny but think Sky is sooo bad they will make Lynx look good.

Mercury has Taurasi and Pointdexter,2 of the most explosive scorers but Westheads[deadhead} high octane offense cannot play any defense either.They avg 80 and give up 80.Comets aren't the same but still have Swoopes and Thompson..they blew a big lead the other nite..
