Woman Charged with Squeezing Airport Screener's Breasts
A jury began hearing evidence Monday in the assault trial of Phyllis Dintenfass, 62, who is charged with grabbing a female airport screener's breasts. Dintenfass claims she reacted in self-defense to "an absolute invasion of my body."
The incident happened back in September at the Outagamie County Regional Airport in Appleton, WI, when Dintenfass activated the metal detectors. She was taken to another area and checked with a handheld wand by supervisor Anita Gostisha.
Gostisha, a screening supervisor for three years, said she followed protocol and performed a "limited pat-down search" on the area underneath Dintenfass' breasts when the woman became incensed and squeezed Gostisha's breasts real hard.
