and Kosar, yeah, ever see the 14th amendment, or the 1st or the right to not have to ID yourself if you aren't being detained...?

Jesus Christ. You bitch about American citizens having to show a passport to get into our country and then rail on about the dirty immigrants? Should the customs agents just look at each person and decide if they are a citizen?

THEN, you talk about the 1st amendment, which of course involves the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press and the freedom to assemble without violence, which of course has absolutely nothing to do with this conversation.

THEN, you talk about the 14th amendment which had to do ( I believe-but correct me if i'm wrong) with something about slaves and trying to give them more rights or something like that.

Very pertinent!

Wtf are you even talking about?

Weasel, I know your brain is fried from your fruitless efforts to "out" SpyTheWeb, but it doesn't take much to observe who turned a harmless sand volleyball thread into a rant about dirty immigrants.

I was born in Southwestern General hospital, El Paso, TX; say 2.5 miles from Mexico. When I was a kid, I'd go to (then) Cd. Juarez, and on my return, I'd get a wink from the Mexican-born United States Customs Official, allowing me passage to my place of birth.

So, the answer is yes.

Why are there differing rules for deliberate criminals, and law-abiding citizens??

And for the ****ing record, it's "peaceably assemble" which you can't do if a low-level bureaucrat denies you entrance to your country.
