Well, Boston won as expected but Brandon Morrow fell apart on his 27th birthday as unexpected, sometime just after Bautista got beaned by Arrieta and had to leave the game.

Bautista is expected to play tonite, btw.

Morrow had been pitching so well lately ? over his last seven starts he?d gone 5-0, 2.85 with a WHIP barely above 1.000, having allowed 48 baserunners in 47 1/3 innings while striking out 52. Batters were hitting .196/.266/.296 against him over that span. I?m not saying he was due for a bad start, but I am saying that he can be forgiven for one. If this happens once every eight times out, that?s fine.

Toronto/Romero (-1) (-117) 117.00 ----> 100.00

Not really a homer play so much as based on crazy numbers that I've mentioned before.

Ricky Romero is trying to restore order against the O?s Alfredo Simon, who somehow continues to be let into this country, which is kind of interesting seeing how he?s facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter back in the Dominican Republic. If the Blue Jays can win that one, they?ll up their record to 26-4 in their last 30 at home against Baltimore and all will be right with the world once again.

We'll see, but those are really strange #'s.

Good luck today, Madjackers! :0008

Oh What the Hey!

Oh What the Hey!

Why abandon this series now? I realize that both Boston and KC could be described as "hot" teams and Chan and Lackey could also over the last # of games.

What I said...crazy ballpark, crazier fans, great hitting, and hopefully still smarting over that series opening loss.

Bosox (-1) (-149) 149.00 ----> 100.00

GO YOU BLOODY BASTIDS!!! :lol:
